Modulor floating house and micro neighborhood unit fon emergency and permanence

The project was drawn up during the Intensive Design Workshop of the Master's Degree in Architecture. The theme of micro neighborhood units has been studied in the past for the regeneration of fragments of urban suburbs using simple and complex single-family houses aggregated in series. The aim of this study is to verify whether it is possible to create similar aggregation and planimetric composition mechanisms that use floating residential units that differ from each other but have the same floating base and the same supporting structure.

Il progetto è stato redatto durante il Workshop di progettazione intensiva del corso di Laurea Magistrale in Architettura. Il tema delle micro neighborhood unit è stato studiato in passato per la rigenerazione di frammenti di periferie urbane impiegando case unifamiliari semplici e complesse aggregate in serie. L'obiettivo di questo studio è quello di verificare se sia possibile realizzare dei meccanismi di aggregazione e di composizione planimetrica analoghi che utilizzano unità residenziali galleggianti diverse tra di loro ma dotate della stessa base di galleggiamento e della stessa struttura portante.
